Ten on Tuesday

Well it looked fun.. so why not test the waters?

You can find questions here if you want to do this yourself.
1. How did your parents decide on your name?
I think my mom always liked it - my two older brothers were going to be "Katie" too, if they were girls.

2. Do your initials (First, Middle, Last) spell out anything fun/funny?
KMW - nothin' good man.

3. Did you take your middle name from childhood or did you take your maiden name as your middle name? (If unmarried, what do you plan to do?)
I kept Marie, it is my Grandma's middle name. And I thought, why fix whats already broken. I didn't want to have to remember that I had a new middle name and a new last name... I'm sorta forgetful.

4. Are you or will you name your children thematically (ie. same first letter, all of same origin…)
Nope, I'll pick names because I like them, not because they fit into a theme.

5. Did you decide on baby names as a little girl? Did you stick to them or change your mind?
Hmmm.. I don't think I ever really thought about my baby's names as a kid. I did name every.toy.I.owned though.

6. Does your family have any names that have been passed down through generations?
Nope, not really. My middle name is my grandmother's middle name, and my older brother's middle names are my dad's first and middle name, but other than that... notta.

7. Do you look at the meaning of the name or just the name itself?
Hmmm.. for now, just the name, but I think I'll look up the meaning before I name a human.

8. Do you name pets with human names (Sally, Henry) or with pet names (Fluffy, Mr. Bo Bo)?
Human - we have a pup named Sasha.

9. Are there any names that you have an affinity or dislike for based on a childhood experience/someone you once knew?
Every name that reminds me of someone that I know or once knew, I tend to stay away from... no offense to anyone!

10. What are some of your favorite names? Why?
Hmm... Zacharie - It's Neil's middle name, and I like the way its spelled differently; Emma, Sadie, Elenor.
