What Up 3 Day Weekend!

Ahhh a 3-day weekend is right around the corner.

I just can't wait! N's parents are coming to town for a visit and to check out our new place. They should be getting into town in a just a few hours and I can't wait! I've always said if I didn't have my parents, I would want his parents. They are amazing.

We've got some excellent plans for the weekend starting with a meal at Bar La Grasa tonight. The restaurant is amaze-balls. It has all homemade pasta, and the food is to die for. N and I went there for his birthday this year, and I have been so excited to go back! Yum!

Other than dinner tonight, we've got other ideas : the zoo (N's dad request hehe), the MN State Fair (maybe), and just exploring NE with them. I think it would be fun to head to St. Anthony Main to have dinner or lunch too. I'm not sure exactly what the weekend has in store, but I have to say, I'm perdy excited! I'll have pics & stories next week!

As a sidenote : I made a spinach pasta last night that was absolutely bomb - just made a pesto substituting spinach for basil and mixed in some grilled chicken. So easy and delish.
